Yes. Almost. If you eat 3 kilograms of fruit you still have only consumed around the calorie amount people usually eat on diets... some will say it'snot healthy, though. Look up some fruitarians on here... they know stuff!

People need to put more focus on the nutrients they are putting inside of them, and less on the calories. Nutrients, rebuild, and provide the body with energy it needs. It is possible to eat calories that have no nutrients at all, and will actually rob nutrients for your own body. So to make things simple eat whole foods according to your nutritional type. Resistance/interval training exercises. Take time to sleep/meditate. Work a job/activities you actually enjoy.
