There is no relation between those documentaries. The way this documentary is cut is part of the message it wants to reveal, and zeitgeist has no saying in this. The only thing in comment is perhaps the fact that it is also a "documentary"

This could have been a good and informative documentary if it was made correctly. They certainly have some interesting ideas but the way it was presented and cut was just awful. I suggest watching Zeitgeist and Zeitgeist: Addendum instead. Certainly a must watch!

How do you propose to manufacture sufficient amounts of anti-biotics for every wound incurred? What about MRI, x-rays and even simple metal surgical tools, like scalpels? (In the stone age, there was no iron or bronze)

Medicine, secure food supply and good shelter are not exclusive to civilization. I would argue the exact opposite. Famine is only found in civ. Millions go without healthcare, even in the richest countries, whereas every hunter-gatherer band had healthcare professionals. Millions depend on electricity and natural gas in their homes to survive temperature extremes that are easily handled by natives.
