Mark, your overtly gross intellectualization is wholly unnecessary and, to be candid, one hell'va faulty syllogism.

As far as what I shoot, it has nothing to do with what you stated, because I'm the person that composes the shots and either zooms in on a particular muscle or shows the person head to toe. I've never shot anyone who didn't want his face to be in the shot. On porn site, however, that's probably not th case...

Maybe because 'body builders' have done everything to have a perfect body, but their facial features are uncontrollable, so there may be a slight bit of shame because it's the only body part of theirs they cannot reach perfection with.my $0.02

Hanging leg raises were one of my favorite overall abs builder throughout gymnastics. You should be able to see why.

The premise of your question is wrong. No one I shoot is "afraid to show his face." This clip comes from what will be a 90-minute DVD where the featured bodybuilders are pictured and named on the cover, introduce themselves on camera, and go through a workout. There are lots of websites where physique models use "stage names" or wear a mask because they are doing things they don't want family or friends to know about.

i have been doin situps and crunches for a ling time now and today i basically flexed the muscle the whole time while doig them and it was sooo much more effective.so what im asking is are you suppost to flex the muscle? and i have been doing it wrong until now??cheers

ive noticed these more challenging ab exercises get better results than the standard on the floor ab circuits. also adding weights into your ab routine is effective
